Do I receive a proof?
You will be provided with an online preview which is generated from your artwork at the time you click the 'preview' button.
Can I order multiple names of the same card?
Yes, just can add your first card to the shopping basket, then click on 'New Name' .This will duplicate the card and you can amend the details for the next person. When complete, add it to the basket and either create another duplicate or proceed to place your order.

How can I order a re-run of my existing card ?
Your order will be saved on our system for 2 years and can be re-ordered within the 'My Account' section.
How do I trace my order?
Order numbers for any previous orders can be found on your order confirmation that is emailed to you when you place your order.
Will I receive a VAT Receipt/Invoice?
Your order confirmation can be used as a VAT receipt.
How do I cancel/change an order?
You cannot cancel an order once we have sent you an order confirmation.
